This card was released as a Cosmos Holofoil SVP Black Star Promo card available in the Twilight Masquerade Three Pack Blisters from May 14, 2024. In Japan, this card was one of seven SV-P Promotional cards available in Pokémon Card Gym Promo Card Pack 3, which was distributed at Pokémon Card Gym venues able to do so from July 28, 2023.[1] The Japanese print features the Pokémon Card Gym logo.
