Release information

This card was included in the Gym Heroes expansion with artwork by Ken Sugimori, first released in the Japanese Leaders' Stadium expansion. In Japan, it was reprinted as an Unnumbered Promotional card with different artwork by the same artist and was available on a four-card insert alongside Erika's Bulbasaur, Misty's Tentacool, and Lt. Surge's Jolteon in the December 1998 issue of CoroCoro Comic, released on November 15, 1998.
