This card was included as a Regular card and a Full Art illustration rare card in the Shrouded Fable special expansion, first released in the Japanese Night Wanderer subset. Trivia

This card is part of a narrative illustration with the illustration rare prints of Duskull and Dusknoir from the same set. In each card's illustration, as the Duskull evolves, it slowly approaches the viewer from a sidewalk, to a house's lawn, to right outside the house's living room.
