Elite Trials (Japanese: N/A N/A) are trials introduced in The Indigo Disk for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. These trials are conducted by the BB Elite Four of Blueberry Academy for the player. Each trial with an Elite Four member will occur within one of the four environments in the Terarium.
Overview
In order to face the Pokémon Champion Kieran, the player must first defeat the BB Elite Four's Elite Trial. Each trial is similar to the Gym Challenges from the Paldea League. Each Trial requries 50 BP to paticipate in execpt for Drayton. They can be done as many times as possible untill the trials are completed for the first time.
Gameplay
Each trial has a different gameplay.
Trials
Flying Time Trial
This trial is done with Amarys. Players are tasked to fly through hoops with KoraidonS/MiraidonV within the certain time limit. Clearing it for the first unlocks three different levels of the Flying Time Trial to paticpate in for BP.
Super Spicy Sandwich Trial
This trial is done with Crispin. Players are tasked to create a sandwich with spicy ingredients. His sandwich requires two helpings of Jalapeño, one helping of Onion, one helping of Chorizo, one bottle of Mustard, one bottle of Mayonnaise, and one bottle of Chili Sauce.
Pokémon Quiz Trial
This trial is done with Lacey. Players are tasked to answer five questions. During the trial, the player will need to find answer by using a magnifying glass and hover to find the answer.
Terarium-Only Battle Trial
This trial is done with Drayton. Players are tasked to catch a full party of Pokémon that were caught within the Terarium, then are asked to battle three Trainers. The player can then switch them out before facing Drayton.
