Template Adds

Noticed you created a few, so I added this one which didn't exist yet. Feel free to tinker with it. CycloneGU (talk) 22:55, 16 July 2015 (UTC)

Don't make templates in the mainspace. glikglak 23:01, 16 July 2015 (UTC)
Oh, I thought that one would be fine because it was based on the others. Normally I wouldn't. CycloneGU (talk) 23:03, 16 July 2015 (UTC)
Always ask permission beforehand. I was going to get someone who could delete pages mainspace the one I had in my userspace. glikglak 23:12, 16 July 2015 (UTC)
Ah, that I didn't know you had. I figured that one was next, so wanted to save time by creating the bare bones of it so the image and its background could just be updated from there. I notified you here to make you aware in case you weren't on Recent Changes at the time. I figured it's quicker that way, hence why I did that. No harm was intended, and I do work in userspace; heck, I've been helping Abcboy with all the pages for the potential page split of the Shuffle stage data, which is progressing very well with the page structure generally complete. CycloneGU (talk) 23:18, 16 July 2015 (UTC)

Template:Spritebox/3

Are you permitted to edit protected templates? I'm currently assisting Adamws at Archives to tag some images being replaced as the new ones are uploaded; that template will need a change to have the both Shiny and non-Shiny Emerald sprites (left column) labeled as PNG instead of GIF (Shiny are already PNG, but the wrong size, so that may need changing to another file naming structure as well). Adamws is still uploading, so this is for when he gets them done through Deoxys (386). He's at 275 as I type. Obviously, the GIFs will not be deleted until that change is made, after which other templates using them on various pages can be investigated prior to deletion. CycloneGU (talk) 02:01, 17 July 2015 (UTC)

I can, but so can most Archives staff. I'd rather leave file-related things to them. glikglak 02:37, 17 July 2015 (UTC)
Fair enough. If you are OK updating that one template (since it's on all of the first 386 Pokémon pages), Adam's up to 357 now, so 30 more Pokémon after this. Anything left over afterwards can be picked up by Archives staff. Some have a lot of entries, so I suspect some of the sprites being changed out are being used on user pages. If you want to leave that change to Archives staff, that's fine as well; I'll poke one of them. =) CycloneGU (talk) 03:30, 17 July 2015 (UTC)
Sorry for the wait - I had three that needed last minute fixing. Ok, the Emerald sprites are ready to be switched. Also, I know that Kogoro is working on a replacement/upgrade for the Template:Sidegame, but can the .gifs for Pinball, Pinball RS, and Trozei! be switched as well? Note that the animated .pngs have a different naming structure for Pinball and Pinball RS. Thanks. Adamws (talk) 04:35, 17 July 2015 (UTC)

Eevee Origin

When you say Eevee's ears are clearly not based on rabbits, I searched rabbits up and I noticed a certain resemblance between the two. If you even bothered to search rabbit up, you'd see it too. I also searched up fennec fox and the ears are not quite the same. For instance, the ears are much wider and a sandier color while a brown rabbit's ears look the exact same to Eevee's. I know Eevee's a mix of creatures, so everybody's opinion will be different on its origin But when you said " Eevee's ears are CLEARLY NOT based on rabbits.", that is simply not true because like I said, everybody's opinion is different and not everybody will agree with yours.Leafeon6954 (talk) 20:33, 17 July 2015 (UTC)

Eevee's ears aren't exactly analogous to anything. I find they have more commonalities with equine ears: the shape, positioning nearer the side of the head than the top, and exaggerated pointedness look like various equine. Several mammals with upright ears can look "exactly" like Eevee's, so you need to go off something a bit more objective than "looks like". Rabbit ears are situated at the top back of the skull and naturally face outwards as opposed to forwards. glikglak 23:10, 17 July 2015 (UTC)
I never said Eevee's ears looked exactly like. I said they had a certain resemblance. Also, just because you don't think Eevee's ears aren't like a rabbits doesn't mean you can delete my edit. I know quite a few people who think Eevee has rabbit ears and merely added that info to expand upon Eevee's origin.Leafeon6954 (talk) 15:41, 18 July 2015 (UTC)
Anyone can undo any edit of yours if they believe them to be incorrect. You have to come to an accord or, barring that, have staff weigh in on it. And the number of people who think Eevee's ears are rabbit-like obviously isn't that large, or something would have been brought up about them on its talk page already. glikglak 16:15, 18 July 2015 (UTC)
I have no opinion on this discussion, but wanted to bring in a possible example that Leafeon might be basing his opinion on. While many rabbits do have ears facing outward as you stated, the Eastern Cottontail has shorter ears that point the same way as Eevee's ears (though Eevee's are larger). Based on that specimen, it could be assumed the ears are like a rabbit's, though not exactly alike.
Unfortunately, the only solution to this is to find the person who created Eevee and interview him. CycloneGU (talk) 17:28, 18 July 2015 (UTC)

Hoopa

Can we at least get a basic page for Hoopa up so it's no longer a redlink? We can fill in the details later. I changed it so we didn't have a redlink on the page and saw another anime article reference later, so I'm fine with it going back; let's just get the basic page in, even if not complete yet. CycloneGU (talk) 23:11, 23 July 2015 (UTC)

Ask someone who watches the anime. glikglak 23:25, 23 July 2015 (UTC)
Not sure who to go for here. Regardless, just getting a basic page approved noting the page is for the movie Hoopa shouldn't be too difficult; it clears the redlink that would otherwise be dotted about. CycloneGU (talk) 23:31, 23 July 2015 (UTC)
Having redlinks about isn't a bad thing. It's how people know a page needs to be made. When someone can make a proper page, they will. glikglak 23:48, 23 July 2015 (UTC)
Coffee has a page about Hoopa which can be found here. I wrote on the talk page regarding it being moved. PattyMan 23:50, 23 July 2015 (UTC)
I'll propose the same. Thanks! CycloneGU (talk) 23:58, 23 July 2015 (UTC)

Serena's Pancham's gender

If Serena's Pancham's gender is unknown, then how come his page refers to him as male? --PKMNAdventurer (talk) 02:56, 27 July 2015 (UTC)

Berry reverts?

Why did you revert the extra information on the berries? The berry descriptions are not very clear as to what they do, so this extra information would be useful to players so they can understand what exactly is being lowered. --Kitsuneae (talk) 00:21, 15 August 2015 (UTC)

There's an Effect section in the infobox that's specifically for properly explaining what the Berry does when used on Pokémon. glikglak 00:26, 15 August 2015 (UTC)
And if a Berry has no use as a held item, it doesn't need mentioning. If it does have a use, it goes under Uses. glikglak 00:37, 15 August 2015 (UTC)

Sawyer voice actor

It's Robby, not Robbie. And it can be unprotected now, since the VA debate is settled. Technickal (talk) 22:12, 17 August 2015 (UTC)

Rock Path split

We discussed the possibility to split Rock Path into Rock Path (Red and Blue Rescue Team) and Rock Path (Explorers of Time, Darkness, and Sky) and I think that we all came to agree that it was a good idea since no one disagreed. However no one has splited the page (I thought someone from the staff would) so I'm asking you if you could tell me how to split the page or do it yourself if that is a staff thing that I can't do. --Raltseye (talk) 11:26, 18 August 2015 (UTC)

Sidegames Layouts

Now that the Shuffle situation is sorted out, I'm getting my files ready for the sidegames layout additions. I've added the updated Shuffle information to all of the first 649 and all are now complete, and I'm just taking a little time to check the new entries from 650-719 that need to be added. Would you mind if I ask you to review some entries when I'm ready to make sure there's nothing that needs changing? I just pulled the Unown entry from your archive, too. LOL CycloneGU (talk) 20:52, 5 September 2015 (UTC)

Assuming for now that you want to provide input, I have checked the first of the Kalos pages and noticed changes. For instance, for Chesnaught, I originally had entered:
This Pokémon was unavailable prior to Generation VI.
Generation VI
Battle Trozei
Renegade Meadow
Rumble World
Shrub Forest (Back)

Right now, it shows:
This Pokémon was unavailable prior to Generation VI.
Generation VI
Battle Trozei
Renegade Meadow
Shuffle
Expert Stages: Stage EX22
Rumble World
Leafy Expanse: Shrub Forest (Back)

Ignoring for now that Shuffle wasn't completed when I put that in before, and if I'm recovering something herein, I apologize, but...is exnapding each Shuffle location name out really necessary? Is separating the main area from the Rumble World entries needed? I have the entire layout for Chesnaught, using this example, complted as follows right now:
This Pokémon was unavailable prior to Generation VI.
Generation VI
Battle Trozei
Renegade Meadow: Stage 5
Shuffle
Stage EX22
Rumble World
Shrub Forest (Back Boss)

I'll have to do a lot of redoing my entries before beginning; Find/Replace should do it, but what do you think of these layout options? CycloneGU (talk) 21:24, 5 September 2015 (UTC)
You can't find Shrub Forest by scrolling through your destinations in the balloon stop. The over-area name lets you know which one has the location in it. Similarly, the Shuffle area names allow you to scroll by area, instead of holding right continuously. This obviously isn't true of Expert Stages, but I'd keep that just for consistency. glikglak 23:32, 5 September 2015 (UTC)
And remember to put the actual Shuffle stage links in. glikglak 23:33, 5 September 2015 (UTC)
Yeah, my thinking again was that I'm linking to the table. I saw those on Chesnaught and decided to take a break because I knew this was going to be a find and replace mission if I do it that way. The current suggested labeling for Leafy Expanse has two links to the same page, which is redundant. IMO it should all be one link where possible, not two separate links like the Rumble World one there is (more like: Leafy Expanse: Shrub Forest, which is an easy find and replace compared to the other one). Doing that on Shuffle may require some manual editing. I'll see what I can do here. It's kind of interesting I already have Battle Trozei expanded all the way through, and the page version doesn't but expands the others. Odd how that works. Guess I'll try to make them consisient. CycloneGU (talk) 00:08, 6 September 2015 (UTC)
All right. Your thoughts on these samples? I think I will change the "Reward", "Capsule Cage", and "Boss" text to be small on Rumble U entries, and there is the option for a second line on situations where more than one location exists, but again, your thoughts on possible changes and formatting are of interest. CycloneGU (talk) 02:54, 6 September 2015 (UTC)
BTW, I just finished expanding the Rumble U entries and put <small> tags around each of the (Boss), (Reward), etc. tags. If there's nothing else fundamentally wrong with these samples other than that, I can begin putting them in immediately. The only possible change is putting extra lines instead of letting text wrap around, but I'm not sure if this is deemed necessary and it's also not a very easy Find/Replace without possibly making other errors (such as "All Areas, Entrance Boss" getting split). CycloneGU (talk) 17:10, 6 September 2015 (UTC)

Pokemon World in Relation to the real world

You recently reverted my edit on this page. Your summary stated that I didn't read the Lliad, which is true, but I don't think it changes anything. Although the name "Paris" might not originate from the city the character shares her name with the city, so if it isn't relevant then the Spearow called Kenya also shouldn't be on the page. It seems only right if the Spearow called Kenya is also removed because it doesn't actually reference a geographical location.Ratchet and Clank 1995 (talk) 15:27, 16 September 2015 (UTC)

Sealed Ruin/s

Hello can you move Sealed Ruins to its correct name Sealed Ruin please I don't seem to be able for some reason. --Raltseye (talk) 16:33, 17 September 2015 (UTC)

You'll have to go to someone higher up. glikglak 16:40, 17 September 2015 (UTC)
Ok, thanks anyway for your quick respond :) --Raltseye (talk) 16:49, 17 September 2015 (UTC)

Merge

Hello is merging something that only admins can do or is it just moving info from one page to another if it is the latter can I merge this page with this. --Raltseye 00:46, 17 October 2015 (UTC)

Merging is something staff do, yes. The edit histories of the pages are combined, which regular users can't do. The Editorial Board is reviewing the merge suggestion. glikglak 00:55, 17 October 2015 (UTC)
Okay thank you for your fast respons. --Raltseye 01:06, 17 October 2015 (UTC)

Talk: Ash's Talonflame

Christian (talk) 20:53, 20 November 2015 (UTC) Hi Glik,

I have a great fact to add to the trivia of Ash's Talonflame.

  • Talonflame is Ash's second Fire/Flying-type Pokémon. The first Pokémon Ash has with that type combination is Charizard.

I feel this is an important note because Ash never caught any other Pokémon other than Charizard with that type combination. This should not be removed because it is the truth.

I apologize for not letting anyone know about the addition.

Second isn't notable. glikglak 21:15, 20 November 2015 (UTC)

Christian (talk) 02:09, 21 November 2015 (UTC) Yes it is. For example, they listed Ash's Snivy as Ash's second Grass-type starter being female. (The first is Bayleef.)

No, it isn't, and the page does not say that. Because it isn't notable. glikglak 02:25, 21 November 2015 (UTC)

Re:Templates

How do I go about getting a template approved by staff? Miyamoto Musashi (talk) 12:26, 27 November 2015 (UTC)

Just put Mainspace on it. There's a backlog of things, so it might take a while. If the template is just for your user pages, you actually don't need it in the mainspace; just put the whole page name (User:Yaddayadda/Template) in the curly braces. If you would keep conversations on one talk page, it would be appreciated. glikglak 12:32, 27 November 2015 (UTC)

RE:Conversation Deletion

I am sorry if I broke a rule but I wish to be forgotten due to personal reasons/stress. How do I remove Identifying information? Forgive me if my grammar/diction seems off for English is not my first language.

If you want to no longer contribute, just put a notice on your talk page saying so. And delink your email, if you wish. glikglak 22:20, 12 December 2015 (UTC)
A workplace colleague decided to hijack my computer to play a prank on me. I apologize if you have had noticed/experienced erratic behavior from this account. The breach has been fixed on my end. Please forgive me if I had done wrong on your wiki/forum. He sabotaged several settings under my name on other forums as well. Plastro (talk) 20:13, 13 December 2015 (UTC)

About Trevor

You certain that Trevor doesn't have a rival? But he should be Clemont's rival. After all, Tierno is Ash's rival and Shauna is Serena's. Remember what Tierno said in XY042? Clemont and Trevor will be doing something one of these days. Just wait and see.--JasonL (Talk) 00:00, 18 January 2016 (UTC)

Do not make edits based solely on what you think may happen. glikglak 00:26, 18 January 2016 (UTC)

Well, are you sure that Trevor doesn't have a rival? I doubt he's Clemont's. Believe me, I've seen the episode at Summer Camp. It was a great, though. But I guarantee what Trevor and Clemont is going to do in a future episode soon..--JasonL (Talk) 00:53, 18 January 2016 (UTC)

The talk page of Squishy hasn't been moved back yet even though the main page was. PattyMan 02:11, 18 January 2016 (UTC)

It was edited to put the delete notice on it, which prevents me from moving it back. Staff who can should get it soon. glikglak 02:13, 18 January 2016 (UTC)
Ok. PattyMan 02:18, 18 January 2016 (UTC)
I believe you won't have too much trouble now for future pages, now that you have your recent promotion. PattyMan 05:55, 18 January 2016 (UTC)

Sableye shirt and other clothing

Why aren't those facts notable for trivia? I sincerely don't understand why. In my opinion, this is the definition of something notable for the Trivia section, a little cool fact about this Pokémon. Just wanted to know why for the future. :) MannedTooth (talk) 20:45, 22 January 2016 (UTC)

Pokémon-themed clothes are pretty common in the games: the Poké Maniac has a couple Charizard costumes, the Poké Kid is dressed as a Pikachu, PokéFans usually have something on their clothes (the females in X and Y even have Sableye belt buckles). If something's common, putting it in the trivia just makes people say "so what?". Unless the thing stands out significantly, it doesn't fit as trivia. Take, for instance, the trivia on Pikachu about the overworld Pikachu in Black and White. Lots of Pokémon have appeared in the overworld, and Pikachu's a pretty common one of those. But the Pikachu in Black and White stands out because it's the only non-Gen V Pokémon in the game before you've beaten the story, so that makes it notable. The Sableye shirt doesn't stand out from any of the other Pokémon clothes. glikglak 22:09, 22 January 2016 (UTC)

Synonyms and such

On your previous edit on PS001 you reverted some links I added such as Poli for Poliwhirl and Mew for "The Phantom Pokémon".

Isn't that okay to identify things so that readers can click on it if they are curious about what it was? MannedTooth (talk) 19:20, 24 January 2016 (UTC)

EP255 edit

Regarding this edit, I think there might be a misunderstanding. I did not add this to the "errors" section (your comment implies that it was erroneous to add it to the errors section). I added it to the "trivia" section. Please either revert it or give me a reason why this isn't trivia. --Dada (talk) 12:23, 28 January 2016 (UTC)

I indeed did make that mistake. However, I'm not going to add it back. Wobbuffet and Wynaut were specifically named to make those puns, so having their names be different in other languages obviously means they can't make them in a dub. It's certainly not the first time Wobbuffet's pun couldn't make it into an episode. glikglak 13:42, 28 January 2016 (UTC)
Are you saying there's no room for mentioning jokes that got lost in translation, or any kind of differences between the original and the English version, anywhere, ever? --Dada (talk) 17:32, 28 January 2016 (UTC)
I'm saying things that are commonplace aren't notable. glikglak 17:41, 28 January 2016 (UTC)
It's a whole scene in the episode that takes about 15-20 seconds. Not just some common occurrence. This is the first time these two Pokémon *ever* converse in the same scene together. You probably didn't see the Japanese episode. It's incredible to me that I have to argue this with you. Just let me put the info back within the context of the episode summary then. Dada (talk) 20:26, 28 January 2016 (UTC)
Wobbuffet using its name as a pun, and it summarily not making it through translation, is what's commonplace. Puns in general don't make it through translation. If the explanation of that specific joke is your concern, the name origin section on Wobbuffet and Wynaut explain it. If you just feel it's significant that the two briefly conversed, I don't see a reason not to mention it in the plot summary. glikglak 01:47, 29 January 2016 (UTC)
Well, in that case, thanks so much for not standing in the way of me putting back my edit which you erroneously removed. I'll just redo the work that you deleted, then. Can I just say that you're extremely disrespectful and I'm astounded that someone like you is an admin? Bulbapedia must have extremely low standards. If you make a mistake, you should do the labor to fix your mistake, instead of dumping it back on the user you screwed over. Or at least apologize, like any normal human being would. You removed my work erroneously and then kept making up stupid excuses for why you don't want to fix it, without even a shred of human decency or respectfulness towards a new contributor. You're exactly the type of person that makes me quit editing wikis. Again I offer that you probably never even saw the episode in Japanese, or speak the language, so I bet you don't know how to properly judge this anyway. But of course you are right, because you're an admin!!!
This is what typically happens with wiki admins: you just can't argue with them on an equal basis. You can revert me just fine, whenever you damn well feel like it, but if I revert you I'll be reverting an *admin.* You just do what you please and there's no possibility of a discussion on equal terms. It's nothing short of abuse of power, and it disgusts me. If I never have to deal with you again it'll be too soon. THANKS AGAIN. Dada (talk) 12:37, 29 January 2016 (UTC)
I mean, this is just complete nonsense. It's notable to say that Team Rocket was in disguise during 3 out of 4 times they called Ash by his real name, but it's not notable to show the first time a scene ever plays out the gag with Wobbuffet and Wynaut's names which doesn't translate? What in the world is your standard for notability? There are TONS of minuscule facts all over this entire wiki. There's a mention in the first episode about an extremely minor pun that doesn't translate. There are mentions of every single minor error in every episode. But apparently, this one thing is "not notable". Why does your opinion have to be the law? My theory is you hate being wrong, so you'll pull out every dumb excuse to make it seem like you're right. I'm just astounded that someone like you can be an admin. What you should do is permit the fact that maybe, just maybe, your opinion doesn't have to be the law of the land and sometimes you can simply permit someone else's opinion to stand, rather than deleting everything you personally don't like. But I don't have very high hopes for you. --Dada (talk) 12:55, 29 January 2016 (UTC)

(resetting indent)Your hostility is completely unwarranted and insults will never help you in an argument. Instead of breaking the code of conduct, you should have requested a staff member above me to review the situation; it's why we have a chain of command. Higher-ups have already done so and altered the page according with their decision. glikglak 13:52, 29 January 2016 (UTC)

I'm satisfied with the way the article's state turned out after the senior admin's decision. Yes, I was hostile. And it was wrong of me. I'm sorry—I shouldn't do this sort of thing. It was disrespectful. Although I also cannot say that I feel, even now, that my behavior was completely uncalled for. I don't think the way you handled this was very respectful either. Yet, the fact that a higher-up was needed illustrates how a discussion is extremely difficult, if not impossible, when one of the parties is an admin. --Dada (talk) 18:10, 29 January 2016 (UTC)
I'm sorry if my responses came off as flippant or perfunctory, your arguments simply didn't convince me of its notability. Were I a regular user, a disagreement such as this would stop at the same point of neither wanting to concede; at that point, you'd contact a staff member to weigh in. You should follow that process even if you're disagreeing with a staff member, just going a step up the ladder. glikglak 19:44, 29 January 2016 (UTC)

Nidoking - Baragon

I was looking at Nidoking's talk page and history and noticed that all mentions of Baragon in the Origin section gets deleted. Their visual resemblance is striking and aren't particularly similar to anything else in existence. Not to mention that both creatures are have strong connections to the ground and Nidoking can learn lot of beam moves for no other good reason. That's way more similarities than some other entries I have seen in Origin sections. Gorilla is somehow alright in Nidoking's section but not Baragon. As far as I understood the conclusion ended up with that fictional characters shouldn't be added unless stated by GF. I don't think this makes much sense and it seems to solely be there to prevent negative impressions of "stealing designs". If there is such a strong opposition against adding Baragon I think at least it should be mentioned that Nidoking is similar to some Kaiju without namedropping. Petrichor (talk) 03:04, 30 January 2016 (UTC)

The reason we don't name stuff like that is du( to the potential that we could be held accountable for copyright infringement under some sort of law for linking 2 franchises in that way...But it's Kogoro's decision, so it cannot be argued. Also, you seem to stretch to find origins that aren't there a lot. Maybe try to edit other areas of the site as to hae more edits that won't have as likely a chance of being reverted, since you seem to be making rapid amounts of edits in order to quickly get your userpage(There is also a time component, so a lot of edits aren't going to help you earn one).--BlisseyandtheAquaJets (talk) 03:14, 30 January 2016 (UTC)
Thanks for moving my section to the correct place. Do you happen to know what law that is specifically? Godzilla is namedropped in Tyranitar's section, and there is a general note about kaijin in Bisharp's. So I don't see the problem with at least mentioning that it looks like a kaiju if nothing else(kaiju isn't just a single franchise so at least that should be alright). Just for the record, I have no intention of making a userpage, I only edited frequently because I had my own list of potential origins that I wanted to add. Please don't make such assumptions about me. Petrichor (talk) 03:47, 30 January 2016 (UTC)
Ask Editor in Chief Kogoro:It's her declaration, which shouldn't be questioned anyway due to her word being law, even if her declarations break and/or override policy. Also, unless you have better evidence from legal and reliable sources that a Pokémon is based on something, it's going to be reverted by someone above you..And I do apologize for that assumption, I've seen that behavior too many times in the past. It just matched the pattern of about 15 other users, 9 of whom are blocked indefinitely.--BlisseyandtheAquaJets (talk) 04:16, 30 January 2016 (UTC)

In Response to Spite

[*After your comment on my talk page. (Figured leaving message here would get your attention faster.*]No thank you for not responding even when I saw you were making edits. Not taking the time to help out one your members who are new is rude to me. The first thing I do in a position of authority is answer the needs of the people that are below me. Helping them, and making sure that they are given sufficient help when it is requested is what really contributes to the growth of an establishment. In this case, Bulbapedia. Yes, I may have acted out on my own but considering the fact that all that you all have been doing is hampering me, I found my actions justified. The only person who has actually given me advice and made me feel encouraged is User:Maverick Nate. Oh and by the way, I did not perform my actions without looking at the mistakes I made and that were corrected by you. I've kept watch over Ruixiang talk to see anything that happens there; things did happen and what I was doing was from your list given to him. I am a person who makes mistakes, sees the error, and fixes them. However, when people want to automatically jump to conclusions, for example I stated I use macros but I only use them to quickly delete those stupid "|", but in your mind you probably think I use them to rewrite the template or something. Also it is very annoying every time I make little errors to over exaggerate them, I am very intelligent and understand features such as "watchlist", which for your sake I think learning how to use it in order to watch out for responses on a User's page that you are watching. The recent changes + history make for a great combo in order to learn and see what I am messing up. Given that the TCG project page has little information about how to properly format release information and other subtle things (you know a new user will probably mess up on) is somewhat lacking. One more final note. I do these edits not for me, and especially not for you. I do these edits in order to make this wonderful website more accurate for the everyday person that checks this wiki. I do not give up my time very easily but when I see that I'm just a tool and nothing more I get angry very fast. I was patient the first few times. SirFinkleBottom 23:00, 23 February 2016 (UTC)

New Page

I recently contacted Abcboy about this page and he said that I should contact you about it, so I am. What do you think of it? Would this be a page that could be mainspaced? MannedTooth (Talk) 19:21, 2 April 2016 (UTC)

Seems like something really small and miscellaneous for a page. And the tables are a lot of code for something really simple. Nate would need to sign off on it regardless, so I'll bring it up with him. glikglak 20:04, 2 April 2016 (UTC)
Probably not all the cards are there, I only added up those who appeared when searching for "narrative". It might (surely will) expand with future sets. Anyway, thanks! :) MannedTooth (Talk) 20:24, 2 April 2016 (UTC)

Super Mystery Dungeon walkthrough trouble

I've just created Appendix:Super Mystery Dungeon walkthrough/Chapter 0‎ and, apparently, I need to create some SMD color template because the template at the bottom of the page is messed up. Could you please tell me how? N. Harmonik (talk) 00:48, 3 April 2016 (UTC)

We're not making color templates for side games anymore. Just put the colors you want in the game and game2 parameters. glikglak 01:03, 3 April 2016 (UTC)
Oh, I see. Thanks anyway! N. Harmonik (talk) 01:05, 3 April 2016 (UTC)

XY099

Hey there. I was wondering how that means the same thing, as it doesn't. BillytheWarriorT (talk) 21:55, 9 April 2016 (UTC)BillytheWarriorT

Thought that line was at the end of the episode and referring to Serena wanting Braixen to evolve, but I was mistaken about where it was. The dub just changed the line, which they'll do for small lines sometimes. glikglak 22:36, 9 April 2016 (UTC)

Indeed, but it is a dub change nonetheless, so I feel I should add it back for the purpose of noting that difference. Let me know if it's okay with you, and I'll add it back. BillytheWarriorT (talk) 01:20, 10 April 2016 (UTC)BillytheWarriorT

Yeah, sure. glikglak 01:47, 10 April 2016 (UTC)

Okay fine, I get why you deleted the extra fact, but why was this part undone?

Although bait makes Pokémon harder to catch, an NPC in Area 4 says it makes them easier to catch in Generation I. <!--Does this happen in FR/LG? Or was it fixed?-->

Unowninator (talk) 21:23, 13 April 2016 (UTC)

Read the last half of my edit summary. glikglak 21:36, 13 April 2016 (UTC)

I did read the Chandelure section and found nothing about the Wii U.

I don't think it even has a Wii U trophy. Unowninator (talk) 15:08, 14 April 2016 (UTC)

Ugh, sorry for that. I shouldn't edit during a migraine. No idea why I thought having the full page title for something only in one version was better. When you change it again, make sure you don't just link a redirect; it should be Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS. glikglak 11:24, 15 April 2016 (UTC)

No problem, thanks. Unowninator (talk) 15:18, 15 April 2016 (UTC)

"puts it in a category it sjou" ?

I don't understand a word you said. Why can't I use the stub tag? Unowninator (talk) 15:35, 9 May 2016 (UTC)

"Puts it in a category it shouldn't be in." I was trying to think of an edit to make to fix the borked summary, but I don't have anything. glikglak 15:43, 9 May 2016 (UTC)
Would incomplete be alright? Unowninator (talk) 15:47, 9 May 2016 (UTC)
That also puts it in a category. The page is in your userspace, you can just put a note at the top of the page of what needs done, or use the talk page. glikglak 15:54, 9 May 2016 (UTC)
A note huh. Any specific template for that? (I could really use a list of them all; I can't seem to find one). Unowninator (talk) 15:59, 9 May 2016 (UTC)
Not a template, just put whatever at the top of the page. glikglak 16:43, 9 May 2016 (UTC)

Wait a minute, why does this one have a tag? Unowninator (talk) 23:33, 9 May 2016 (UTC)

Shuffle Trainer Battles

Is it not ideal to include the Mega stages because you can't catch the base Pokémon through that stage? Just wanted to make sure. VioletPumpkin (talk) 22:03, 8 August 2016 (UTC)

Yes, the section is for areas where you're able to acquire the Pokémon. glikglak 22:04, 8 August 2016 (UTC)
Thanks, I'll go remove them from the other stages where that's listed, then. VioletPumpkin (talk) 22:07, 8 August 2016 (UTC)

New submissions

Quick question, do you review everything we submit to confirm it can stay or not? And I don't mean that in a bad way, it's quite the opposite, it's nice to know when we don't do something ok so that we can focus on what is good and follow that path. MannedTooth (Talk) 20:04, 28 August 2016 (UTC)

No, we simply don't have enough people and time to review every edit. But we do try. glikglak 21:47, 28 August 2016 (UTC)

I'd like you to add the Albanian temple as I found some info about Albanian movie titles. Thanks! Pokessio (talk) 20:06, 28 August 2016 (UTC)

Done. glikglak 21:47, 28 August 2016 (UTC)

double "é"

I get what you mean, but what bad can having less possibilities of a wrong link do? Instead of deleting it, why not keep it even if it's unlikely. MannedTooth (Talk) 12:05, 6 September 2016 (UTC)

All those redirects will only increase the chances of wrong links. If someone mistakenly puts Flabebé, the red link makes it immediately apparent that they misspelled it. And having every possible misspelling of every page would slow down the server. glikglak 12:46, 6 September 2016 (UTC)
Oh, I get it. So I won't be adding every variant of accents from now now, I'll remove all of them and only redirect that page. Thanks! MannedTooth (Talk) 12:48, 6 September 2016 (UTC)

different print versions

Shouldn't Legendary Collection still be added as a whole part? I thought we were trying to keep kind of an history of the quotes. The way it's done right now seems to say that the last version is the one of Wizards, which is false. MannedTooth (Talk) 16:13, 9 September 2016 (UTC)

If we were to denote that in the card text section, it'd be through the heading, not adding a table of repeat information. glikglak 17:04, 9 September 2016 (UTC)

Trivia removed

why did you undo the trivia I added on the trivia section of the region page? Awesomevenustoise101 (talk) 15:10, 10 September 2016 (UTC)

It wasn't notable (because most TCG attacks are made up) and it wasn't the correct section (that's for explaining where things not made up are from). glikglak 15:15, 10 September 2016 (UTC)

I still don't know why the trivia I added on the region page was removed. I am referring to this page: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Region Awesomevenustoise101 (talk) 15:23, 10 September 2016 (UTC)

Edit justification

What was wrong with this edit ? MannedTooth (Talk) 17:50, 15 September 2016 (UTC)

It isn't notable. Felt that was rather obvious. glikglak 18:04, 15 September 2016 (UTC)
Isn't it notable like any other Pokémon or locations appearance in some other cards? Not trying to be a nuisance, just trying to determine where the line between notable and not notable is, because that's, in my opinion interesting to know. :P MannedTooth (Talk) 18:08, 15 September 2016 (UTC)
Locations depicted on cards go in the origin section, first off. Second, there's a marked difference between a Pokémon and something that just looks like a Pokémon. Random Pokémon-shaped items aren't notable. glikglak 18:35, 15 September 2016 (UTC)

Template protection

Are you planning on protecting the boardgame infobox template? If so, is it possible to give me access to editing it? MannedTooth (Talk) 01:29, 29 September 2016 (UTC)

It's not going to be high traffic, so it doesn't need protection. And individuals can't be set to bypass protection, it's done through user groups. glikglak 01:48, 29 September 2016 (UTC)

Template:Mystery Dungeon items

Hello, I was wondering if you could update this template with the requestes posted on its talk page. Thank you in advance.--Raltseye prata med mej 11:36, 29 September 2016 (UTC)

Done, and the some. If you have any ideas to sort the template differently, feel free to tell me. It can be better but I don't have the time at the moment. glikglak 15:32, 29 September 2016 (UTC)
Thank you, I think you meant the same ;) also I have made a sketch of how I would like to restructure the template here. If you like, could you take a look on my other template that I have made for usage here --Raltseye prata med mej 19:49, 29 September 2016 (UTC)
I'll keep your layout in mind when I get to reworking the template; some page need moving/merging first ("Gates to Inifinity exclusive items" is a horrible name). On your other template, where would it be used? On the facilities' pages themselves, they already have the nav templates of the game locations. glikglak 20:56, 29 September 2016 (UTC)
Yes the idea is to have the template on the facility pages themselves and on the towns above the dungeon template and remove them from the dungeon template as that is no longer necessary. About Gates to Infinity exclusive items, I do agree that it needs to be splitted into Manual, Courage Crown, Persistance Crown, and Heart Pendant or maybe Crown on a page of its own. Is that an admin thing? If not, I could do that right now.
While I'm at it may I explain my layout choices, the first column is changed to consumables since Health Drinks can't get eaten, Held items are items that can be held and has some effect when doing so (you can hold an apple but that would have any effect), objects are simply objects that can be used or thrown, special is simply the rest. --Raltseye prata med mej 21:25, 29 September 2016 (UTC)
I'm not seeing the use of removing shops from the game navs just to put them in their own seperate nav template. Right now, if you're on a shop page and want to know what other shops are in the same game, the nav template leads you there. If you want to know what has a similar function in other games, there should be a line at the top that says that. Your nav template would help people find a completely different facility in a different game, which is rather strange for a nav template to do. I think a category would do that more efficiently, not only to save space but also to more clearly show that town pages have information on facilities that don't have their own page. glikglak 22:10, 29 September 2016 (UTC)
Hmm I see what you mean. I have updated all the corresponding templates with the necessary links. Would you deem it necessary do create such a category then? In which case I could do that right now. --Raltseye prata med mej 23:00, 29 September 2016 (UTC)
Sure, go ahead. glikglak 23:15, 29 September 2016 (UTC)

(resetting indent)I'm done with this template now, what do you think of it? Also I am thinking of spliting the Gates to Infinity exclusive items into Manuals and Crowns, what do you think of that? I need someone in the staff to approve that split and remove the link in the items template in favor for the newly created articles. --Raltseye prata med mej 13:46, 11 October 2016 (UTC)

Manuals is fine. But with one of the three "crowns" not being a crown, I'm not sure that's the best name. And it seems like there'd be more items for the other stats, which could possibly be other kinds of wear. I think those should be held off on until there's more info. glikglak 12:23, 12 October 2016 (UTC)
Okay I get you. I have created the Manual page, it should be added to the template. Could you do that? Also I'm done with this template, all the items in Held items are holdable, the Objects can all be used, thrown, or set, Special is the rest although I can admitt that it is a large one, could probably split that into more detailed sections. --Raltseye prata med mej 15:24, 12 October 2016 (UTC)
EDIT: I also made Munch Belt and Tight Belt into redirect could you remove them from the template as well? --Raltseye prata med mej 17:01, 12 October 2016 (UTC)

Discussion on Incomplete Plot Template

Hi there, I saw your change on Template talk:Incomplete plot... I realised that the comments I replied to were a few years old, but no-one had responded to them or taken any action. I was not sure if any administrator was monitoring the comments, which I thought were both valid comments. I had also made a comment on the template, which no-one has responded to. How should I best bring these suggestions to the attention of those empowered to make changes? Since the template is protected, I can't do anything myself. Kidburla (talk) 12:39, 5 October 2016 (UTC)

You should start a new section to bring up old topics. The new section edit summary that's auto added by using the +/Add topic button helps get our attention better and having the topic be something like "This thing, again" even moreso. And there's always the possibility that the staff at the time the comments were made had seen them and hadn't deemed a response necessary (possibly from having the commenters bring it up on their talk page and they answered there). Doing this (leaving a message on one our talk pages) is exactly what you should do if you haven't got feedback from a request. In this situation, someone more familiar with the anime would be a better choice than me, such as Blazingfist or Force Fire. glikglak 22:04, 5 October 2016 (UTC)

Editing and Creating Pages

Hi. I'm a new user at Bulbapedia. I have a few uncertainties about editing and creating pages. How to edit or create page, without being blocked by admin? Could you tell me? Thanks in advance. :) --Ash ketchum10 (talk) 10:53, 30 October 2016 (UTC)

Creating pages is something limited to autoconfirmed users, users who've been around a certain amount of time and made so many edits. And the best way to not get blocked is, you know, following the rules. The welcome template on your talk page has links to the important things like the code of conduct. glikglak 13:51, 30 October 2016 (UTC)

Problems

I copied by mistake Cyndaquil's moves table on my talk pages. Please, don't block me! I was wrong! I want to remove it! But how? Thanks in advance.Ash ketchum10 (talk) 13:28, 30 October 2016 (UTC)

If you make a mistake and need to just revert everything, you can go to the page history and click "undo". glikglak 13:51, 30 October 2016 (UTC)

Mallow

Why did you erase my edit? I discussed about the leak on Mallow's talk page, and I was told that it was necessary. --PKMNAdventurer (talk) 00:20, 2 November 2016 (UTC)

First, because leaks are commonplace. Gen V had Pokémon art leaked, Gen VI had features leaked, a vast amount of ORAS information was datamined from the demo; leaks are simply what happens at the launch of a game now. The Mythical Pokémon that mention their CoroCoro leaks I think are outdated; notice we don't mention anything on the Gen VII Pokémon who were leaked through early CoroCoro copies, or any of the Gen VI Pokémon that were bound to've been leaked. They're getting special treatment I don't agree with and I'll discuss it with the rest of the staff.
Second, whoever revealed the starter/Mallow art broke a non-disclosure agreement to do so. Companies don't like it when people do that and they're not likely to like it when websites help spread the offending materials. We don't want to get on the Pokémon Company's bad side (also why we don't allow any datamined info). CoroCoro issues being sold early has nothing to do with NDAs and the several years the leaks have been happening without action has made it clear that TPC doesn't bother with them. glikglak 02:25, 2 November 2016 (UTC)
Gilk, I think this would be a good time to point out that Magearna clearly states that it leaked on February 10, 2016. Not to mention that Lunala and Solgaleo have clear mentions to its initial reveal. I had only looked at a select number of article when I made that list on Mallow's talk page, so I ignored anything from Gen VII as I did not think about it. In addition, we do clearly mention that Furfrou was accidentally leaked in both the trivia section on that article and a Bulbanews article, so we do mention Gen VI Pokémon that have leaked. So, I disagree that any articles are getting special treatment. It seems that the incidents themselves are noted to have happen on their respective articles, even when it is intentionally done like with the Gen V starters.
As for your second point, I think it is easier to follow, but I disagree outside of the datamined portion since I know that has been an issue with staff since X and Y. Rather, I do want to point out that even if a NDA was broken in this case or not, that still seems to go counter to how the Gen V anime artwork leak has been handled. That leak was shown twice on Bulbanews articles that reported on the leak, mentioned on four articles, and linked to on two more articles. - unsigned comment from Super goku (talkcontribs)
Solgaleo and Lunala just have awkward wording. Nothing about them was leaked. Same with the Gen V starters. You're right about Magearna though, it does have it, but it was only added after it was confirmed to be Mythical, so that really just helps my argument. Everything about Furfrou being in the trailer being a mistake is a giant assumption. Our article shouldn't have suggested it and our page most definitely shouldn't be objectively stating it. The Zekrom type leak is the only one you've mentioned so far that's a leak for a non-Mythical. Wouldn't be surprised if it was removed at one point and someone readded it after seeing it on Nakagawa's page. There is an argument one could make that her notability puts it above other, random leaks, though I wouldn't agree.
As for Gen V news coverage, our policies have changed since then, due in no small part to legal action taken against other major fansites. glikglak 18:38, 2 November 2016 (UTC)
I will drop the Gen VII portion and Gen V starters portion, but I disagree on the rest. On the point on Furfrou, the assumption as you claim it was made by a member of staff and the article was created with the trivia point in it. If you still disagree, the we can at least consider Furfrou to have been initially revealed early and only officially revealed later on. The point on Zekrom was added by a former member of staff while it was protected at the time and has stayed mostly as is over the years.
Back to the true issue, you seem to claim that September 19th, 2010 was around the time that the policies have changed. Yet, if this is true, then why is it that we still have this image on the site? I could understand your decision if this was taken down years ago, but it was not.
Considering first the incidents involving 719-721 and now this, I would like to ask an open question on if this is a staff decision on the matter or is this just your opinion? If this is a staff decision, then I will still disagree, but I do not believe that I will debate the Mallow leak any further. --Super goku (talk) 00:23, 6 November 2016 (UTC)

Hey! :) Since you're part of the staff, I'd like to get your input on this. Thanks! :) MannedTooth (Talk) 23:17, 30 December 2016 (UTC)

There's no reason for that to be a template. Besides being virtually useless due to only being able to be used for game manuals, it's not at all hard to just type out everything the template would add. glikglak 23:35, 30 December 2016 (UTC)
Alright, as I said, I just saw that on Zelda's wiki, so I thought we might get it too, but there would be other types of quotes, like books, game, characters, etc. But I'll stick to writing these manually if I ever have to add some for now. MannedTooth (Talk) 01:56, 31 December 2016 (UTC)

Clarification on talk page policy

Hello, just wanted to ask an administrator for some clarification here before I revert another edit:

this edit and the previous one by that user both deleted a comment from a talk page. However, the user contends that because they moved that comment over to another user's talk page, this is acceptable. Is this acceptable? What is policy in cases like this? --Felthry (F.K.A. Xolroc) (talk) 01:04, 20 January 2017 (UTC)

The etiquette section of the talk page policy: Keep the conversation in one place. glikglak 03:13, 20 January 2017 (UTC)
Was unsure considering the "keep in one place" and "don't delete" parts contradict each other in this case. Should that be clarified in the policy? --Felthry (F.K.A. Xolroc) (talk) 03:37, 20 January 2017 (UTC)

I've a question about deleting disambigs/redirects...

18:40 . . Glik (talk | contribs) deleted page Reference list ‎(Unneeded redirect page: content was: "#redirect List of references", and the only contributor was "Unowninator" (talk))
18:40 . . Glik (talk | contribs) deleted page References list ‎(Unneeded redirect page: content was: "#REDIRECT List of references", and the only contributor was "Unowninator" (talk))
18:39 . . Glik (talk | contribs) deleted page List of references ‎(typing this into the search bar already pops up three of the four pages, this isn't necessary)

Just so I know, would you've accept just References? Because searching for those only gives me 1 of those 4 things. Unowninator (talk) 23:09, 6 May 2017 (UTC)

I think if someone were simply searching "references", they'd more likely be looking for some policy on acceptable reference material (which I suppose we should have). "Pokémon references" is a likelier search but the odds of someone looking for the cross-canon or Pulseman references with that are very low; having that redirect to Pokémon in pop culture would suffice. And I get all four of those pages in the first 20 results when I search the word (with the 21st being the cross-generational page you missed). glikglak 00:12, 7 May 2017 (UTC)

Should we be allowed to create a card page for cards with the images not uploaded yet, and for those user who do not know the card's moves, as seen here and here? — Ruixiang95 15:23, 24 May 2017 (UTC)

sigh No images, eh, if we have to wait we run the risk of forgetting to make them (still need to make the damn Sharpedo/Camerupt XY Promo pages) but if you can't translate the card text, no. And you absolutely shouldn't be taking PokéBeach's translations. glikglak 16:01, 24 May 2017 (UTC)

Should unnumbered Energy cards, like those in the Sun & Moon and Strength Expansion Pack Sun & Moon expansion be included in the Energy card page's Infobox? (This are excluding numbered Energy or Secret prints) — Ruixiang95 06:06, 17 July 2017 (UTC)

Only if they have the expansion symbol or are a new artwork. Or are unnumbered SM-P promos, obviously. glikglak 12:03, 17 July 2017 (UTC)

Sir Jolten's User Page

Sir Jolteon's User Page has created over 50 bogus redlinks. Would you please clean it up?--BlisseyandtheAquaJets (talk) 02:20, 9 October 2017 (UTC)

Cold fixed it weeks ago, the system's just behind. glikglak 13:16, 9 October 2017 (UTC)

GrammarFreak01

Hi. I have noticed that the above user has been blocked for some time due to disruptive editing, but some new user edited his page recently, and Raltseye reverted him/her as a sockpuppet in edit summery. You blocked the new user as "Abusing Multiple accounts". I assume you mean GrammarFreak01, but I want to ask, might the new user have merely been a random "troll" (as people on the internet would say)? After all, examining his/her edit, he/she seems to have merely reverted an edit by GrammarFreak01 removing some messages he had posted on responding. So, I personally think the new user was not a "sockpuppet" but just some random person playing a prank. RubyLeafGreenCrystal (talk) 18:26, 16 February 2018 (UTC)

And that matters why? glikglak 18:34, 16 February 2018 (UTC)
Just, because I feel his block or reputation should not be harmed if he did not sock. On Wikiepdia, there is a rule where blocks are extended due to socking. I am not sure about here, and I really don't want people to suffer if they did not do wrong. So, I just posted in case. RubyLeafGreenCrystal (talk) 18:38, 16 February 2018 (UTC)

Half Art Card (TCG) Deletion

I appreciate the correction, though I admit I have never heard of Ancient Trait Cards and have only ever known the specific type of cards as Half Art Cards based on their physical appearance and overall design difference to the typical cards and the Full Art variety. Though I would like the two pages to be bridged together, as the detail on my page is not present on the Ancient Trait page such as expansion and noting of the design difference.

I will be restoring the page, noting the cards are Half Arts though have Ancient Trait abilities. Ancient Traits is a sub-section of the Half Art card design.PardescanSlowbro (talk) 00:19, 11 March 2018 (UTC)User:Pardescan Slowbro (talk)

Just describe the art on the Ancient Trait page. There's no sense in making two lists of the same cards. Also, the art has an official Japanese name that translates to Wide Illustration. glikglak 00:35, 11 March 2018 (UTC)
I appreciate the new fact, now only to make this more common knowledge, right? PardescanSlowbro (talk) 08:16, 11 March 2018 (UTC)

Shiny Darkrai GX figure collection

Where did you get the release date of Feb 23rd from? KevlarX290 (talk) 22:51, 11 March 2018 (UTC)

That's when it was released on pokemoncenter.com glikglak 22:54, 11 March 2018 (UTC)
Even if that's the case, the official release date of the product is March 9 2018,[1]. KevlarX290 (talk) 06:06, 12 March 2018 (UTC)
It's the official store, if it releases it, it's officially released. glikglak 23:16, 12 March 2018 (UTC)
And that just overrides the official launch date that the official Pokemon site states does it? The PokemonCenter likely made an error and released it early, but according to you that will override the official launch date. At best this should be noted in parentheses or something. KevlarX290 (talk) 23:51, 12 March 2018 (UTC)
Yes, it does. The official site putting out the product obviously overrides the site that just says a date. If there was a shipping screw up and the product didn't release anywhere until a week after the stated date, we obviously wouldn't say it released the week before. This is also common; retailers don't care about keeping street date and put out products when they feel like it, so TPCi'll routinely bump up the release date quietly to snag some sales on pokemoncenter.com before people go to stores. Furthermore, if it were an error on pokemoncenter.com's part, they wouldn't ship the products or continue selling it before the date. glikglak 00:16, 13 March 2018 (UTC)

Moongeist Beam

Regarding your edit: Can't I also state the graphics effect? I mean, that's what I see. Thanks! Elite4Alola (talk) 01:24, 14 March 2018 (UTC)

We have the images to show what it looks like. glikglak 23:42, 14 March 2018 (UTC)

How about a video?Elite4Alola (talk) 09:30, 21 March 2018 (UTC)

Having videos for every move is waaaay too resource-heavy. glikglak 13:24, 21 March 2018 (UTC)

Got it.Elite4Alola (talk) 04:11, 24 March 2018 (UTC)

Drayden's VA

Hey, noticed your edit on Drayden's Generations Voice actor. I did mention BTVA, but how about this? Would this be a better source? Says it's uncredited, so I doubt any page will have actual confirmation (unless the involved state so). ~KingisNitro (talk) 21:39, 20 March 2018 (UTC)

IMDB is open to anybody to edit, with no discernible fact-checking. The VAs themselves are usually the only acceptable source. glikglak 23:13, 20 March 2018 (UTC)

Types and "metagame" information

Why is information about "the metagame" (stuff like "this type is good when combined with this other type") allowed on the pages about types but nowhere else? sumwun (talk) 22:30, 20 April 2018 (UTC)

Because type interaction isn't the metagame, it's a basic component. glikglak 00:44, 21 April 2018 (UTC)
Not all of that stuff was about type interaction, though. For example, the sentence "The Normal type is a mixed bag defensively." That would obviously not be true for "metagames" in which fighting attacks were everywhere, so I think statements like that count as metagame information and don't belong on Bulbapedia. sumwun (talk) 22:12, 21 April 2018 (UTC)
That's certainly un-encyclopedic phrasing and could be reworked into something better. If you think they're going past simple fact-stating, pare them down. glikglak 22:36, 21 April 2018 (UTC)
I already tried deleting all of those sentences, and those deletions got reverted. So how exactly am I supposed to "pare them down"? Also why would you use Girafarig on your Pearl team when you already have a Kazza? sumwun (talk) 00:26, 22 April 2018 (UTC)
Why aren't you having this conversation with the people who reverted you? glikglak 00:50, 22 April 2018 (UTC)
The person who reverted those edits was Tiddlywinks. I already tried asking him, and he hasn't responded for two weeks. sumwun (talk) 03:58, 22 April 2018 (UTC)

Dunsparce

Should Dunsparce from EX Sandstorm and Champion Road be merged? And how to do it correctly? More information are being discussed here. Thanks. — Ruixiang95 01:26, 3 May 2018 (UTC)

I'll merge it when I get home. We'll just put the Champion Road dex entry under Card Text as it normally goes, with a parenthetical. glikglak 15:55, 3 May 2018 (UTC)
