Roxanne's Nosepass (Japanese: ツツジのノズパス Tsutsuji's Nosepass) is Roxanne's main Pokémon in the anime.
Nosepass first appeared in A Winner By a Nosepass. Roxanne used it in a gym battle against Ash Ketchum.
As Ash's Pikachu had not much experience in using the move Iron Tail as it had only recently learned it, it was not able to use it effectively against Nosepass. With many powerful attacks like Zap Cannon and Rock Tomb, it proved to be a tough opponent for Pikachu.
But Pikachu managed to perfect the move Iron Tail, and it was able to defeat Nosepass with it, earning Ash the Stone Badge.
