Anticipation (Japanese: きけんよち Danger Premonition) is an ability introduced in Generation IV that causes the Pokémon to "shudder" upon entering battle against opponents with super effective attacks, one-hit knockout attacks such as Sheer Cold, or the moves Selfdestruct or Explosion. Five Pokémon have this ability.
Flavor Text: Senses the foe's dangerous moves.
