Rui Luís Brás is a voice actor from the European Portuguese dub of the Pokémon anime.

Rui Luís Brás has been working with the anime since the first season playing the roles of Meowth, Professor Oak and and some additional voices. He gave his voice to Meowth in the Pokémon movies, Mewtwo Strikes Back, The Power of One, Spell of the Unown and Pokémon 4Ever. In the second, third and fourth movies he played the role of Professor Oak, like in the first and second season of the anime. He left the anime with Maria João Luís and Peter Michael, after the end of the second season.
