SIC (Sociedade Independente de Comunicação, in english: Independent Society of Comunication) is the Portuguese television station which broadcasts the Pokémon anime. It aired every episode of the anime, except the banned episodes. All 9 seasons have been aired, starting from the original series to Pokémon: Battle Frontier, having several breaks in the process.
The show aired in an irregular pattern, shifting fromm 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and then back to 8 a.m., but always in the same programming block, named SIC Kids.
