Kyle is a Pokemon Trainer who is a son of Ham, a dojo trainer.

Kyle seen in AG145.
He works on a local Noodle Shop in Saffron City and is forced to run the Dojo Gym by his father. He refuses and he challenged him to a match to see if he would run it or not. When Team Rocket interrupted to steal Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan, Terry used Hitmontop to save them. They blasted off again with Pikachu's Thundebolt.
Now his truth is revealed. He explains that the reason why he wanted to start his business cooking up noodles is because when he was a child, he loved eating the noodles and he wanted to fulfill his dream selling and cooking it. His father allowed him to do so.
