Pokémon Breeder (Japanese: ポケモン育て屋さん Pokémon Raising House-san) is a Trainer. It is part of the Base Set. A similar card, Rare Candy, was released later starting with the EX block.

This card was reprinted in the Base Set 2 and Legendary Collection reprint sets, which were only released outside of Japan.
Origin
- The Japanese name of this card reveals that this card is based off of the man who runs the Pokémon Daycare on Route 5.
