Rosebay (Japanese: ユカリ Yukari) is a Pokémornithologist, and the character of the day in A Staravia is Born. She is voiced by Rhonda Krempa in English and 桑島法子 Hōko Kuwashima in Japanese.
Trivia
- In the English dub, Rosebay was given a British accent. Her appearance resembles that of Eve from The Ancient Puzzle of Pokémopolis, who had a French accent.
- Her Japanese name is the same as My Pokémon Ranch's Hayley.
- Rosebay owns a Pokétch.
