Wii is Nintendo's seventh-generation console, which will serve as the company's competition against Sony's PlayStation 3 and Microsoft's Xbox 360. It, like its predecessor, the GameCube, will be able to connect to software titles on the handheld of this genertion, the Nintendo DS, and will likewise have a Pokémon game that will serve as a battle arena for the Generation IV Pokémon games.
