The Userspace Policy says that you should keep userspace edits (edits to User:SavageWolf) to a minimum, and outlines a few other guidelines for your userspace.

I disagree with the deletion of this, but accept that it isn't necessarily best in the template namespace. Hence, I have recreated it here. If you have a better name for it, feel free to move.
