A wild Looce appeared!
The wild Looce appears to be saying something...
"Hi! You finally found me! But please don't hurt me or try catch me in that Poké Ball of yours. I'll introduce myself.
I'm Looce, and this place is where I spend most of my time, away from most concerns of city or town living. I may look like a Pokémon, but I am in fact a human, just like you.
I like rawst berries and |cheri berries, as well as oran berries when they have been made into juice (but please hold the pulp, because I hate it).
I'm a perfectionist. Whenever I do something, I must do it well, or I don't do it. That perfectionism of mine got me in a lot of trouble at my last job, but I digress. I spot grammar and spelling mistakes very easily, so I make an excellent proofreader, even if English is not my first language. Most Pokémon trainers I meet speak Japanese, but I don't speak it."
In all seriousness... Hi, I'm Looce, and the above describes me pretty well, except the "away from most concerns of city or town living" part - I actually live in Québec, Canada - and the berries part is actually true, if you consider that rawst, cheri and oran berries are strawberries, cherries and oranges... as orange juice!
I started playing Pokémon in 2000, when I got a Pokémon Red cartridge from a friend. For the 3 or 4 following years, I was hooked. I then got Pokémon Yellow, Silver, Blue and finally Crystal. I stopped at the end of that generation, because the next one required a Game Boy Advance, which I didn't have at the time.
I haven't really ever watched the anime. It just doesn't appeal to me.
Right now, I'm using Bulbapedia to gather data about Pokémon, their moves and their abilities to attempt emulating them in a battle simulator, similar to Smogon's but not exactly for the same thing. I'm also amazed by the amount of information Bulbapedia has on glitches! Great job, guys! I'm proud of you.
