Yanma (Japanese: ヤンヤンマ Yanyanma) is a Bug/Flying-type Pokémon. It can use its compound eyes to see completely around it, and uses this to capture prey and avoid predators. It also can flap its wings very fast to generate shockwaves, which can break glass. In Pokémon Gold and Silver, Yanma were very rare except when there would be a occasional swarm of them. Yanma's trademark attack seems to be Sonicboom, as seen in the anime and Pokédex.
