Seeds (Japanese: タネ Seed) are items in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team. They can be used to sate a Pokémon's hunger by 5 (except for the Reviver Seed, which restores everything), but also have various additional effects, imcluding being used on foes as weapons.

Allure Seed

Blast Seed
- Japanese: ばくれつのタネ Rupture Seed
- Price: 30 Poké
- Sell for: 15 Poké
- Where to find: Kecleon Shop (early game), Thunderwave Cave, Uproar Forest, etc.
- Use: Slightly sates hunger. Inflicts damage on the Pokémon in front of the user.

Heal Seed
- Japanese: いやしのタネ Healing Seed
- Price: 250 Poké
- Sell for: 120 Poké in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon, 25 Poké in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness
- Where to find: Darknight Relic, Uproar Forest, Waterfall Pond
- Use: Slightly sates hunger. Heals status conditions.
Hunger Seed

- Sell for: 20 Poké
- Where to find: Kecleon Shop (post-game), Solar Cave
- Use: Lowers maximum Belly size by 5. Slightly fills Belly. Changes user's status to Hungry Pal.
Life Seed

Joy Seed

Quick Seed

Reviver Seed
- Japanese: ふっかつのタネ Recovery Seed

- Sell for: 150 Poké in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team, 80 Poké in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness
- Where to find: Kecleon Shops, Sinister Woods, Western Cave
- Use: If a Pokémon faints while this is in the inventory, it automatically revives with full HP, PP, and Belly; the Reviver Seed turns into a Plain Seed.
Sleep Seed

- Use: Slightly sates hunger. Causes user to fall asleep.
Stun Seed

- Use: Slightly sates hunger. Causes petrification.
Totter Seed

- Use: Causes confusion.
Warp Seed

- Use: Randomly warps Pokémon somewhere else on the floor.

Golden Seed

- Use: Raises level by 5
Pure Seed
- Price: 150 Poké
- Sell for: 20 Poké
- Where to find: Kecleon shop, found in some dungeons, sometimes gained as a reward for a mission.
- Use: Warps to the room with the stairs
Vile Seed

- Where to find: Treasure Boxes. Can only be found in Explorers of Time.
- Use: Maximally lowers Defense and Sp. Defense
Vanish Seed

- Where to find: Treasure Boxes, sometimes gained as a reward for a mission.
- Use: User becomes Invisible.
Violent Seed

- Where to find: Kecleon shop, found in some dungeons, Treasure Boxes, sometimes gained as a reward for a mission. Can only be found in Explorers of Darkness.
- Use: User's Sp. Attack and Attack sharply rises to their highest levels
X-Eye Seed

- Use: Inflicts a cross-eyed status to foe.
