Dawn's Pachirisu
Hikari's Pachirisu (ヒカリのパチリス) was the third Pokémon caught by Hikari in DP019. It is voiced by 西村ちなみ Chinami Nishimura.
Pachirisu has a very hyperactive personality. It loves to have fun with Hikari and her other pokémon. It also tends to give Hikari a bad hair day by using Spark. Hikari felt that she had failed Pachirisu as a trainer because of its behaviour and temporarily released it. A while later she realized that she made a mistake and went back to get it only to find that Jessie already had set her sights on the electric squirrel. However it managed to defeat Team Rocket and Hikari recaptured it.
Pachirisu seems to be a bit of a con artist. For a moment it appeared to want to join Jessie and left with her. However this was only to get the spray bottle from her that had the formula in it that would release Hikari and the others from Team Rocket's sticky trap. However this also shows that Pachirisu is a lot smarter than it seems.

Hikari's capture of Pachirisu marks the first time a main character has ever owned an Electric-type Pokémon besides Ash's Pikachu.
