Victor (Japanese: ビクター Victor) is a character in the Pokémon anime, and is voiced by 武虎 Taketora in Japanese and Eric Schussler in English.
He first appeared in Tactics Theatrics!! as the assistant and judge for Tucker, and judged Ash's and Tucker's battle He surveys the field using a hovering mobile platform.
