Hey, guys! I've browsed Bulbapedia for a very long time for info, but joined only recently. I specialise in Pokémon universe knowledge or speculation trivia, but I'll do anything that doesn't involve a lot of tables. Yeesh. Also, I love reading userpages and people's nostalgia stories of Pokémon almost as much - if not as much - as the actual articles.

My experience of Pokémon was mainly the animé and watching other people play growing up because for years my parents refused to buy me a GameBoy (until I eventually wore them down). As such, I found Pokémon-related stuff wherever I could - I was a walking Bulbapedia back in the day, and could name all 151 Kanto Pokémon, in order. Gladly, I've forgotten this sad trait now. lol

So, welcome my planned SoulSilver team - a roster of all my most iconic partners from previous games! This is something I've always wanted to do but was waiting for a GS remake to do it, to reflect Silver as my first actual game, and my favorite. :D

I've left a space blank because I just know I'll catch some odd Pokémon on the way and end up using it until I can't bring myself to PC it. :P

In detail:

-Shimmer, the Meganium: I like to think that this Pokémon will be the same Chikorita I started with in my Silver Version all those years ago and lost when my game swiped. :3

-Red, the Charizard: I've always loved Charizard, ever since I first liked Pokémon. This specific Charizard was bred in my Diamond Version, and was the last Pokémon I raised to level 100 that I didn't EV train.

-The Red Gyarados: I don't know what I'm going to nickname it yet, but the Red Gyarados was always a highlight of Pokémon Gold and Silver, and I've always caught it whenever I had the chance. It's also one of my favorite shiny Pokémon.

-Toto Smurf, the Snorlax: Snorlax is my favorite Pokémon, and has been for years. I'd even go as far as to call myself a Snorlax Trainer. So obviously, my shiny one from Pokémon Platinum would have to have a place on my team. :)

-Ursaring - Another Pokémon I haven't thought of a nickname for yet, but it was the first Johto Pokémon I ever saw, besides Togepi and Marill, and I thought it was so cool. Johto is great for very simple, effective Pokémon designs, and Ursaring is a great example of this. :D

Also, when it comes out and they get movesets, I'll make a more interesting and colorful template for it. :P

Trivia

• This user's username came from a rushed portmanteau of Lucas and Brendan. It's a pretty terrible username...
• This user's first episode of Pokémon was Friend and Foe Alike!
• This user's favorite move is Protect, closely followed by Hyper Beam - but never uses the latter in the game because it is useless.
• All of this user's Character of the Day contributions seem to need fixing after creation.
