Mtn otter is a user of pokémon Diamond and Emerald. They started in TwinLeaf Town and they starter was turtwig which evolved to grotle and later torterra. They currently have two goals, to obtain every Pokémon possible, and to obtain an Arceus and bring it to the maximum level. They are a devoted member of the Order of the Glitch. They are currently attempting to breed a Template:Shiny2 eevee.
