Billy Regan (born William Regan Timoney on March 5, 1958 in Teaneck, New Jersey) is an American actor, voice actor, director, script writer and producer who works for the English-language dub of the Pokémon anime. He is also credited under the names of Bill Timoney and Billie Regan.
Biography
Regan was born on March 5, 1958, in Teaneck, New Jersey. As an adult, he became a voice actor and was involved in a number of English-dubbed versions of Japanese anime series. He joined the Pokémon anime during Pokémon the Series: Ruby and Sapphire, with his first role being Dr. Yung, the antagonist of The Mastermind of Mirage Pokémon. Regan currently resides in Locust, New Jersey.
