Release information
This card was included in the Darkness Ablaze expansion with artwork by Ryota Murayama, first released in the Japanese Rebellion Crash expansion. A SWSH Black Star Promotional print of this card was one of the Prerelease promos for Darkness Ablaze with new artwork by Souichirou Gunjima, available in the Darkness Ablaze Build & Battle Box. A variation of this print with a gold foil "Staff" stamp was also distributed to approved locations in the Prerelease Program. As the 2020 Championship Series was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, locations that were eligible for Rebel Clash Prereleases retained their eligibility for Darkness Ablaze Prereleases. This print, alongside a new print with artwork by nagimiso featuring the Shiny version of Decidueye, was included in the Japanese Shiny Star V subset. The Darkness Ablaze and Shiny prints were later included in the Shining Fates expansion.
