Three Holofoil versions of this card with different stamps in the bottom right corner of the artwork were given away with eligible Pokémon Trading Card Game purchases at participating stores in various countries to celebrate the launch of the set. It was also available at WHSmith high street stores in the United Kingdom with purchases worth £10 or more. In-store promotional material suggested the distribution should have began on November 11, but stocks were delayed by nearly three weeks.
