Trivia

Initial Japanese prints of this card have ひのうまポケモン, Fire Horse Pokémon, instead of いっかくポケモン, One Horn Pokémon, in the flavor text below the illustration, the category of regular Rapidash. This error was addressed in an apology statement uploaded to the official Japanese Pokémon Card website on December 2, 2019 before the general release of the Sword and Shield expansions. Subsequent print runs of this card featured the correct category. The same error was also present on initial copies of Galarian Ponyta.[1]

Origin

This card features the Galarian form of Rapidash. Pastel Veil is an Ability in the Pokémon games that Galarian Rapidash can have. Psychic is a move in the Pokémon games that Galarian Rapidash can learn. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Shield. The Shining Fates print features the Shiny version of Galarian Rapidash.
