Release information
This card was included in the Noble Victories expansion with artwork by 5ban Graphics, first released in the Japanese Red Collection. It was later released as one of the BW Black Star Promos with English-exclusive artwork by 5ban Graphics made available in the Kyurem Box released June 2012. The Red Collection print was reprinted in the Japanese Master Deck Build Box EX, released on September 14, 2012. It was reprinted again in the Legendary Treasures expansion with different artwork by Midori Harada, originating from the Japanese EX Battle Boost. A Cosmos Holofoil version of the Noble Victories print was available in the Legendary Dragons of Unova Collection, released on November 1, 2013. The Legendary Treasures print received a Non Holo variant within the Battle Arena Decks: Black Kyurem vs. White Kyurem, released June 16, 2017.

Origin
Outrage and Glaciate are both moves in the Pokémon games that Kyurem can learn. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Black. Castelia City and the Skyarrow Bridge are featured in the Legendary Treasures print's illustration.
