Release information

This card was included in the Furious Fists expansion, first released in the Japanese Rising Fist expansion. It was later reprinted in the English Latios Half Deck of the XY Trainer Kit: Latias & Latios and in the Japanese M Master Deck Build Box Power Style released August 7, 2015. It was reprinted again in the Generations expansion, previously released in the Japanese BREAK Starter Pack. A Mirror Reverse Holo reprint was included in the Japanese Premium Champion Pack.

Beatdown's Japanese name is Oi-zuki, a technique in karate which means to punch with the lead arm. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon X.
