This card was included as both a Regular card and a Full Art card in the Ultra Prism expansion, first released in the Japanese Ultra Sun expansion. The Regular print features artwork by Ken Sugimori, while the Full Art print features artwork by kodama.

This card's effect is a variation of the former Team Galactic's Mars. Mars is a Team Galactic Commander in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum. The interior of the Valley Windworks is featured in the Regular print's illustration.
