Nidoking (Japanese: ニドキング Nidoking) is a Grass-type Stage 2 Pokémon card. It was first released as part of the Base Set.

Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 30 damage plus 10 more damage; if tails, this attack does 30 damage and Nidoking does 10 damage to itself.

This card was included in the Base Set, first released in the Japanese Expansion Pack. It was reprinted in the Base Set 2 expansion. It was reprinted again as a Non Holofoil print in the Japanese Pokémon Web set. It was reprinted once again in the Legendary Collection expansion.

Trivia

Origin

Thrash and Toxic are both moves in the Pokémon games that Nidoking can learn, the latter via TM06. The card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Red and Blue, whereas the Japanese entry comes from Pokémon Red and Green.
