Palkia (Japanese: パルキア Palkia) is a Water-type Level-Up Pokémon LV.X card. It was first released as part of the Great Encounters expansion.

Release information

This card was included in the English Great Encounters expansion, first released in the Japanese Shining Darkness. It was reprinted as one of the DP Black Star Promos with different artwork by Ryo Ueda. The card was later reprinted as a Cosmos Holofoil released in February 2008 as one of the cards available in the 2008 Spring Collector's Tins. The Japanese counterpart was released in the Palkia LV.X Constructed Standard Deck. It was reprinted again in Japan with another artwork by the same artist as one of two cards available in the Moonlit Pursuit•Dawn Dash Special Pack released in July 2008.
