This card was included as a Regular card, a Full Art ultra rare card, and a special illustration rare card in the Twilight Masquerade expansion, first released in the Japanese Crimson Haze subset. The Regular and ultra rare prints feature artwork by Naoki Saito, while the special illustration rare print features artwork by GIDORA.

Perrin is a photographer who visits the land of Kitakami during the events of The Teal Mask. The special illustration rare print depicts Perrin taking a picture of Hisuian Growlithe, a Pokémon that Perrin owns and travels with.
