As long as Phanpy has any Energy attached to it, any damage done to Phanpy by attacks is reduced by 10 (after applying Weakness and Resistance).

This card was released in the Call of Legends expansion. In Japan, upon the release of HeartGold & SoulSilver Collection, Phanpy and five other promotional cards were made available to anyone who bought two booster packs from the expansion.

Trivia

On early prints of this card, Phanpy is misspelled twice as Phanphy in the Ultra-Thick Skin Poké-Body.
