  • The Phoebe press artwork featured on the regular print of this card was created by Hitoshi Ariga, despite this card not crediting him directly as the illustrator.[1]

Origin

Phoebe is a member of the Hoenn Elite Four. The interior of her room in the Pokémon League as it appears in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire is featured in the illustration.
