The Poké Transfer Lab (Japanese: シフトファクトリー Shift Factory) is a factory located on Route 15 in Unova. It plays host to the Poké Transfer, the facility through which Pokémon can be transferred from a Generation IV game. It is run by Professor Andrew Park. The Poké Transfer Lab can only be accessed after obtaining the National Pokédex. It is the Generation V equivalent of Pal Park. Similar to the Pal Park, Pokémon transferred from the previous generation cannot be returned to that generation.

When completing the Poké Transfer minigame, Professor Park's response will depend on the score the player received. Transferring Pokémon over level 50, Legendary Pokémon, and having good aim in the minigame can all increase the player's score. In the minigame, the Pokémon jump around from bush to bush, attempting to escape capture. The player uses a small crossbow/catapult that launches Poké Balls to try to catch them.

Trivia
- In the internal data of the Generation V games, the lab's theme is called SEQ_BGM_PALPARK. This is a reference to the Poké Transfer Lab being the generation's equivalent to the Pal Park of the Generation IV games.
