Release information
This card was included in the Fossil expansion with artwork by Kagemaru Himeno, first released in the Japanese Mystery of the Fossils expansion. It was reprinted as a Wizards Black Star Promo with different artwork by the same artist and was available through the Pokémon League in September 2000. In Japan, this print was an Unnumbered Promotional card and was included with the second volume of the manga series, How I Became a Pokémon Card released on September 22, 1999. This print has a color graphic of an open book with a trading card in place of an expansion symbol.
