Origin

Petrel and Proton, who are featured on this card, are Rocket Executives in the Pokémon games based in Johto, although they were only introduced in their current designs in Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver. Goldenrod City and the Goldenrod Radio Tower are depicted in the illustration.
