You may either show 1 Pokémon Tool card or Rocket's Secret Machine card to your opponent and put it into your hand, or show a combination of 3 Pokémon Tool cards or Rocket's Secret Machine cards to your opponent and shuffle them into your deck.

Origin

A Wobbuffet has appeared in nearly every episode of the Pokémon the Series from when it was traded to Jessie of Team Rocket in Tricks of the Trade till Memories Are Made of Bliss!, and from The Dream Continues! onwards. Along with Rocket's Meowth, it is one of the two Team Rocket mascots in the animated series. Amnesia is a move in the Pokémon games that Wobbuffet can learn, but it could not learn it until Generation VIII.
