This card was released as a Cosmos Holofoil XY Black Star Promotional card in the Ancient Origins Three Pack Blisters. In Japan, it was included in the May 2015 issue of CoroCoro Ichiban! released on March 21, 2015. This print has the CoroCoro Ichiban! logo in the bottom left corner of the card.
