Release information
This card was included in the Lost Thunder expansion with artwork by Naoki Saito, first released in the Japanese Thunderclap Spark subset. A Mirror Holofoil SM-P Promotional version was later awarded to winners of New Battle events held at participating Pokémon Card Gym venues across Japan, which featured different formats each month. This print was available at events using the January format, which required at least 1 TAG TEAM Pokémon-GX card or at least 4 Pokémon from the Night Unison subset to be included in a Standard-regulation deck, as well as the February format, which instead required at least 1 Tag Team Pokémon-GX card or at least 4 Pokémon from the Full Metal Wall subset to be included. All participating Pokémon Card Gym venues held New Battle events using the January format between January 11 and 31, 2019. February format New Battle events were held between February 1 and 28, 2019. It was reprinted again as a Non Holofoil in the Japanese Tag Team GX Deck Build Box. A new print with different artwork by the same artist was included in the Battle Arena Deck—Ultra Necrozma-GX as a Yellow A Alternate card. This print originated from the Japanese Miracle Twin expansion. The Lost Thunder print, alongside a Full Art card with artwork also by the same artist, was released as part of the Japanese Tag All Stars subset.
