This card was released in the English Plasma Storm expansion. In Japan, it was released as one of the BW-P Promotional cards in a ten card random pack released during the June 2012 Gym Challenge.

Sludge Toss is an attack that first appeared on Koga's Grimer from Gym Challenge. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon White. The Tubeline Bridge is featured in the illustration.
