Huang Tzu En (Chinese: 黄資恩 Huáng Zī Ēn) is an artist at Game Freak who has worked on concept art as well as designs for both Pokémon and human characters. Tzu En has also provided artwork for the Pokémon Trading Card Game. Thus far, Tzu En has illustrated 1 card, which was Gallade from the Cosmic Eclipse expansion.
