This card was included in the Emerging Powers expansion, first released in the Japanese Beginning Set and Beginning Set for Girls. In Japan, it was reprinted in the Beginning Set + and Beginning Set Pikachu Version. It was later included in the McDonald's Collection 2012 as an exclusive Confetti Holofoil in June 2012.
