The Pokémon Fan Club President is the head of the Pokémon Fan Club, a Pokémon lover association. He had appeared in almost every game since his debut in Kanto's Vermilion City.
In the games
The President first appears in the fan clubhouse in Vermillion City in Pokémon Red and Blue. He talks about his two favorite Pokémon, Rapidash and Fearow at length and then gives the player a coupon to get a bicycle. He appears there again in Pokémon Gold and Silver and in the club house in Slateport City in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire. He claims to have raised over 100 different Pokémon in his lifetime. He travels across the nation on his Fearow. He appears in Hearthome City in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, having apparently stopped bragging as much as he did in Kanto.
In the Pokémon Special manga
The President is an odd old man whose Abra was stolen by Lt. Surge. His first appearance was in Danger: High Voltorb where he forced Red to be part of the community and even borrowed his Pikachu.

The anime's president is named Sukizo. He also serves also as an judge for Pokémon Contests in Kanto, Hoenn and Sinnoh, alongside with contest director Contesta and Nurse Joy.
