Super Luck

If (and only if) Togepi's mother (or father when breeding with Ditto) has Super Luck, there's a 60% chance for a Togepi having it. Some Friend Safari Togepi also have Super Luck, provided that the player who "gave" you the Safari has defeated the Champion.--電禅Den Zen 18:17, 3 January 2014 (UTC)

So the Masuda Method is a easier way to get a shiny but what I want to know is... What are the chances the egg will come out shiny?

Poke-Radar
