Power Relay is a Theme Deck from the Pokémon TCG Online. It focuses on - and -type Pokémon and is composed of cards from various expansions in the Black & White Series.
At one time, this deck could be obtained multiple times by using one of these redemption codes in the In-game Shop: "boundariescrossed", "plasmastorm", "plasmafreeze", "plasmablast". Once unlocked, this deck could be used in the Versus Play mode of the game. However, unlike most theme decks this cannot be used in Trainer Challenge.
However, all of these redemption codes now unlock the deck Rallying Cry instead, a deck featuring - and -type Pokémon and a strategy based on the Round move.
