List of Pokémon Trading Card Game Online decks
This is a list of Theme decks obtainable in the Pokémon Trading Card Game Online. This includes decks exclusive to the Pokémon TCG Online, as well as redeemable decks corresponding to physical Theme decks. They are composed of cards from various expansions of the Pokémon Trading Card Game.
Players had access to free exclusive Theme decks that would often be replaced by others, with four decks (plus one excluive to the Tutorials) available between September 2016 and PTCGO's shutdown, in addition to various redeemable decks from official merchandise.
Tutorial Mode Deck
- Main article: Tutorial Mode Deck (TCG)
Unlike the decks below, this deck was only available at the game's Tutorials and could not be unlocked for other modes.
Starter decks
Starter Decks were given to new players and gradually unlocked in the Trainer Challenge. This unlocking process automatically replaced certain cards each time a computer-controlled opponent was defeated with that deck. After beating seven different opponents in the Trainer Challenge with each deck (which might include the same opponent in a different league), they were fully unlocked for use in Versus Mode against regular opponents.
Decks that had been replaced by newer ones were still accessible to players who have already obtained them.

Bonus decks
Bonus Decks could be obtained for free. One was available in-game via the daily login bonus while others were obtained by using a Code card in the in-game Shop.
None of the decks redeemed from a purchasable tin was allowed to be used in Theme Deck play, but could be used in Standard Deck and Extended Deck play. Online decks obtained from tins could also be edited at the user's discretion, unlike other online-exclusive decks. Some decks obtained from tins could be fully traded as a package before being opened, but once opened, 53 of its cards are permanently locked. See each deck below for more information on its unlocked cards.

Non-exclusive redeemable decks
Theme Decks corresponding to those from physical decks in the HeartGold & SoulSilver Series onward could be unlocked by the in-game Store or redeeming the code cards included in theme deck boxes (available in the Black & White Series ownard). Redeeming a subsequent copy of a fully-unlocked deck added another full copy of that deck's contents. Winning with 12 different computer-controlled opponents in the Trainer Challenge with one of these decks awarded a Booster pack from the related expansion but only once per deck.
