Orsay City (Japanese: オルセイルシティ Orseille City) is an anime-exclusive location in Kalos. It is one of the settings of Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction. Notable landmarks are a large port and a shopping mall. Just outside the city is a Rhyhorn racing track.
Ash and his friends, accompanied by Diancie, arrived in Orsay City by boat in their quest to search Xerneas. Once in Orsay City, they immediately went to the city's shopping mall.
