The Johto Champions League is the Italian opening theme to the fourth season of the Italian-language Pokémon dub. It was used from EP158 to EP209.
The opening animation featured footage from the fourth English opening, Born to Be a Winner.
It is sung by Giorgio Vanni and Cristina D'Avena.
