Major events
- As Totodile lies on the beach alone, he reminisces about how all that happened to lead up to that moment.
- Totodile and Honō climb up to the Temporal Tower.
- The two encounters Dialga, who is still undergoing the process that turned it into Primal Dialga.
- They battle Dialga and successfully put the Time Gears into their proper location, fixing the future in the process.
- Honō reveals to Totodile that he will disappear from existence due to their victory, and thanks him before he goes away.
- Back in the present, Totodile still feels extreme sorrow over Honō's disappearance, which prompts Dialga to revive him.
- Totodile and Honō have a tearful reunion.
