Route 21 (Japanese: ２１番水道 Water Route 21) is a route in northeastern Unova, connecting Humilau City to Seaside Cave.

Route description

Route 21 starts from the north at Humilau City. Similar to Route 41 in Johto it is a maze of rocks with many swimmers in its waters.
